Since 1991, Discovery Counseling Associates, a group of independent practitioners, has been providing exceptional mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health care to the residents of Whatcom and Skagit counties, British Columbia, and beyond.

We offer over 150 years of combined experience in integrating sound psychological principles with practical perspectives. Our work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents addresses a variety of different life problems, like depression, anxiety, stress, marital conflict, infidelity, parenting, life transition issues, anger, grief, and other relational challenges.

Most of us are insurance eligible under a number of different plans including Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, First Choice Health, Aetna, and others; however, please check with your individual therapist and your insurance company to determine which insurance plans are accepted.
