About Skip Suess, M.A.

Skip Suess has been a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 16 years. He served as a local church pastor in Whatcom County for the past 13 years caring for the emotional and spiritual needs of people, by offering help and guidance toward growth, healing and wholeness. He has continued to develop his clinical skills with special interest in helping people work through emotional and relational issues, life adjustments and integration of faith and spiritual understanding.

Education:

* Doctor of Ministry from Carey Theological College Vancouver, BC (emphasis on church health, conflict management and pastoral emotional health and self-care).

* Master of Divinity Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary (counseling emphasis).

* Master of Arts in Family and Marriage Counseling from Universityof San Francisco in 1983

* Bachelor of Arts University of California at Berkeley

* Attended Wheaton College
