Kelly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to helping women examine the obstacles that are holding them back from living the best life possible.

She has a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, all earned from Angelo State University. Throughout her career, Kelly has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds in the counseling field and as a college level psychology instructor.

Kelly has advanced training in evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities which include Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Her work focuses on targeting negative thoughts and gaining a deeper self-awareness in order to heal. She offers down-to-earth counseling that is hope-filled and client-centered. Kelly’s Christian faith shapes her worldview, however, she welcomes diversity and views from various faith perspectives.
